The air in Zana's tower smelled of ozone and old parchment. With a deep breath, I placed the weapon into the mirror's embrace. Light flared, blindingly white, and when it faded, two swords lay before me—identical in every scar and enchantment. The Exile had just secured an advantage that would outlast any single life.

Reader's Guide

The Mirror of Kalandra functions by creating a perfect duplicate of a selected item from your inventory or stash tabs. This copy retains all modifiers, quality, and implicit properties but is treated as a unique instance with its own item ID. Players cannot use the mirror on other currency items, maps, divination cards, or corrupted gear. It also excludes certain league-specific currencies like Heist blueprints. Once used, the original item remains untouched while the new copy appears in your inventory. Strategically, this tool is vital for high-level crafting and league startups. Veterans often use it to duplicate a perfectly rolled weapon before attempting risky modifications with Orbs of Fusing or Regal Jewels.
